Vehicle blocking Hwy 26

   September 16, 2013 at 12:47 PM:  CHP is enroute to Hwy 26 and the top of the Robinson Grade in Mokelumne Hill where a vehicle is reportedly blocking the lanes.

  Use extra caution if traveling in that area until cleared.
