Dog and Goat dragging chains on Murphys Grade Road

   October 4, 2013:  Around noon CHP and a couple of motorists were out trying to catch them. Animal control was notified.

   They were last seen at Murphys Grade Road and Main Street in Murphys. Use extra caution in that area.
