Rav 4 with small children hit deer

   October 10, 2013 at 9:05 AM:   CHP and an ambulance are responding to a silver Rav 4 with two small children inside that reportedly has hit a deer on Shenandoah near Hwy 16 in Amador County.

   This is apparently just past the Silva Winery area.
