Wal-Mart gets new CEO

   Mike Duke, we learned, is stepping down as president and CEO of Wal-Mart on Feb. 1, 2014.

  He will be replaced with Doug McMillon, and no, we don't believe either of these guys rose up through the ranks from the bottom.
