Black Cow Out again in Campo Seco

   At 8:25 AM CHP received a call that a black cow was out on Watertown and Campo Seco Road in Campo Seco.

   Isn't this the same cow that gets out of its pasture every day? Smart cow. CHP is enroute to the scene, as usual.

Hay bundles on Hwy 4 in Angels Camp

   UPDATE:  As of 8:15 PM the hwy has been cleared.

Happy Groundhog Day

    Punxatawney Phil made an appearance today (actually dragged out of his den) and did NOT see his shadow.  

   Per the legend, that means we will have an early Spring.  Of course, he has only been right 39% of the time, but by the thousands of people and press present, you wouldn't think that was the case.
