Arrests made in Valley Springs

   After a complaint to the Calaveras Sheriff on 5-8-13 of a disturbance at the Valley Springs Mobile Home Park on Rose St., two people were arrested for public intoxication and other charges.

Don't get scammed...

  5-9-13:   A resident in Railroad Flat notified the Calaveras Sheriff's Office that they have received several phone calls attempting to scam them, offering vacations and cars and credit cards.

   All residents need to remember that you should not accept anything or give your credit card number over the phone. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Amador County Planning Commission meets

Economic Iowa
