Chris Matthews Tribute to Phil Hoffman

   Chris Matthews, on his daily MSNBC show, did a wonderful tribute to Philip Hoffmans acting ability, on Monday.

   It has been reported that 50 bags of heroin and other drugs were found inside the apartment where he lived.
