High Speed causes accident on Hwy 26

   April 7, 2014:  A traffic accident at Hwy 26 and the 99 connector that was reported at 9:55 AM was apparently caused by high speed, per a witness to CHP.

    One vehicle is on its roof. An ambulance has been dispatched to the scene.
