Dixon Collins, big Developer appointed to Angels Camp Planning Commission

   In a surprise to most, Dixon Collins, active developer in the area, Collins Development, was appointed to the Angels Camp Planning Commission.

   Is it true what many have told us; that he is intending to push his own projects forward and those of his friends?  This is a big concern to residents who know he likes getting things his own way.

     We can personally attest that this is true of Mr. Collins. Which church does he attend????

    I do not like or trust that Collins guy. Also, he is close buddies with a certain realtor in town.

    There is a roughly 40 acre parcel out where the church is THAT they want to hook water up to that has been for sale THAT i was told by a city person THAT they the city want to purchase really bad. I was told to suposedly extend their "spray field". I see this Collins character with ties to that and more.
