Hillshire Brands buying PInnacle Foods

 May 12, 2014:   Hillshire Brands (Hillshire Farms products) is buying Pinnacle Foods (Sara Lee products) for a cash and stock deal of around $6.6 billion.

   It was reported on CNBC early this morning.
