Pope Francis says Priestly celibacy NOT Dogma

   Just back from his trip to the Middle East, Pope Frances has opened the door to debate priestly celibacy.

   He states that the celibacy Catholic Church rule is "NOT a Dogma" that clergy members abstain from sex.
