Hwy 4 closed in Arnold

   Cal Trans is notifying the public that Hwy 4 in Arnold from Country Club Drive to Upper Moran Road will be fully closed for the Independence Day Parade on Saturday, June 5, 2014 from 9 AM until 12 PM.
