Deputy sitting in ditch with suspicious person?

   On July 4, 2014 the Calaveras Sheriff reports that a deputy got out of his patrol car and say with a suspicious person he saw sitting in a ditch at Fourth's Crossing and Hwy 49.

    No report was taken on the incident.
