Hazard on Hwy 4

   August 30, 2014 at 1:40 PM:   A pickup is blocking Hwy 4 not far from Appaloosa Drive. between Angels Camp and Copperopolis.

   CHP has been dispatched to the scene. Use extra caution if driving in that area.
