Threatening terror on Main Street?

   On August 11, 2014 the Angels Camp Police Department arrested Jesse Odell Franks (39) of Angels Camp on Main Street, for allegedly Threatening a crime with Intent to Terrorize, a felony.

   Franks was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
