Black car driving on RIMS in Murphys

   September 7, 2014 at 1 PM:  A black car has been reported on Hwy 4 at Six Mile Rd. driving on just the rims of the vehicle.

   CHP is trying to locate the vehicle at this time. Was apparently first reported in the Milton area.
