Catlle truck Moved off Hwy 4

   September 21, 2014 at 1:30 PM:  A cattle truck that was blocking both lanes of Hwy 4 near Stallion  in Angels Camp, has now been moved off the roadway.

   CHP indicates that both lanes are now clear.
