Dog hit on Hwy 99

   September 12, 2014 at 10:30 AM:  After a report of two dogs running in and out of lanes on Hwy 99 near Hatch Rd in Modesto, one has been hit by a car.

   CHP has been attempting to locate and catch the dogs. Animal control has been called.
