Ebbetts Pass power outage---AGAIN!

   September 9, 2014:  The power in parts of Ebbetts Pass went out again around 2 AM and as of 7:30 AM there was still no power.

   We do not believe any PG&E maintenance was dispatched until after daylight this morning.
