Traffic Collision in West Point

  September 12, 2014 at 9:10 AM:  CHP is en route to the scene of an accident on Woodhouse Mine Road in West Point.

   This is involving a truck with a backhoe that has gone down a cliff. It is not yet known if there are injuries.
