Woman with baby/no shoes on Hwy 26

  September 28, 2014 at 8:15 AM:  CHP has received a report of a woman wearing black without shoes walking and carrying a baby on Hwy 26 at Vista del Lago in Valley Springs.

   A unit is en route to the area.
