October 6, 2014 at 8 AM: CHP has been assigned to the construction project on Hwy 4, which is right in the middle of Arnold this morning.
Drive carefully, watch for the big rigs hauling asphalt heading up hill and hurrying back down Hwy 4. Be a defensive driver and report to 911 any hazardous conditions.
