Rollover off Hwy 99

   October 18, 2014 at 2:30 PM:  CHP is at the scene of a rollover accident at Hwy 99 and the Arch Road offramp in Stockton.

   One caller reported that the car flipped and went down the incline off the roadway. A tow truck has been dispatched.
