Big Rig vs two vehicles on Hwy 99

   November 11, 2014 at 4 PM:  CHP is at the scene of a traffic accident involving a semi big rig and two smaller vehicles at Hwy 99 and Hwy 120 in Manteca.

   It isn't clear how bad the injuries are. Tow trucks are en route to the scene.
