Put up a MOAT around White House??

Can you put a 20'deep moat on one
side of your property for NfH?

   Apparently a Congressman from Tennessee met with Secret Service privately and suggested putting a 6' MOAT around the White House.

   After the President flatly refused any consideration of such a water barrier, the congressman is now retracting the idea.
