Deer hit on Hwy 108

   December 12, 2014 at 10:30 AM:  CHP has been notified that a small buck has been hit and is wandering around in circles at Hwy 108 and Phoenix Lake Rd offramp in Twain Harte.

    A unit will be responding to that location.
