Stockton's Weston Ranch wants out!!

   There are 11,000 registered voters in the Weston Ranch subdivision in Stockton.  They are not happy with the service they receive, especially police calls and pay a lot in taxes.

     They have begun a signature drive and will need 25% of the voters to sign as just a start to be detached. Then they have to have a plan to provide for their own water and sewer, which they will have to get LAFCo to approve.
