December 9, 2014 at 11 AM: CHP is at the scene of a red vehicle that reportedly ran off the road and over an embankment at Hwy 88 at Cook's Station.
Per CHP its possible the driver had been drinking or had psychiatric problems. An ambulance was called for an injured person.
