Warning to businesses of SCAM

The Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office has issued a press release warning business owners, especially restaurants that someone is posing as a PG&E employee and demanding payment immediately for bills owed.

Apparently one business owner paid the man $500. The call back number goes to a PG&E answering machine.  Call the Sheriff's Office if anything suspicious like this occurs. It is a SCAM!!
