PG&E customer relations SUCK!!

Have you had to make a complaint about someone at PG&E lately?  Did you know that these people are only "COACHED" and "MENTORED" and never disciplined for their bad actions.

PG&E continues to refuse to do anything about their bad employees; from the moronic call center all the way up to the San Francisco executives.

We aren't sure if its because of the UNIONS or just poor management at the top, but we customers are angry at the way we are treated, ignored, refused assistance, etc. Nothing ever changes!!!

PG&E Ignores Customers Complaints and Pleas for help

Have you ever had a problem with PG&E?  Good luck! Does it involve criminal behavior or problems with contractors they hire.

Try going on their Facebook page to make a complaint!.  What do they do?   They delete them immediately and in fact pay someone to delete all complaints.  They are phony and should be broken up and replaced with another utility of our choice.

What do PG&E employees really do???

Are you aware that there are PG&E employees (well-paid), who sit and complain about every little detail that might be written about them.

Seems a little late to be worried about their reputation at this point. Do they EVER help you when you call with a complaint about their employees or SERVICE?

Stories of PG&E--the TRUTH!!!

Coming soon!!! You'll love this one!!!  Who is Jana Morris????  She helped us decide to make this all public. How PG&E treats their ratepayers, and property owners!!!

And what does she have to do with the trespassing and dishonesty at PG&E involving a company called OSMOSE???  Hard to believe, but ALL TRUE!!!  But does PG&E LIE????? OMG!!

We get so many complaints about PG&E and up until now we have restrained from making it all public, but now we believe it is past time.  What is wrong at that company?  More than we can ever tell you in one article!!
