Sheriff Kuntz gets Donuts or Dye job?

Well, we have a right to know, is he getting donuts or
a dye job??  Does he let his female employees
get their hair done during working hours??
   We received this photo taken around 10 AM this morning in a Valley Springs shopping center parking lot, near the beauty parlor Sheriff Kuntz has been known to frequent.

    Could be either one. He is a cop after all. donuts are a mainstay.
