Tractor loses wheel on Jack Tone Road

   January 14, 2015 at 2:10 PM:  A farm tractor has reportedly lost a wheel, which is blocking traffic at Jack Tone Road  and Graves Road in the Manteca area.

   Use extra caution if in that area until CHP can reach the scene.
