Chains required on Hwy 4

   February 9, 2015 at 6:30 AM:  Chains are required this morning on all vehicles without 4-wheel drive and snow tires from east of Cottage Springs to Mt. Reba turnoff.

   On Hwy 88 chains are required at Hamms Station in Amador County.
