Collision on Hwy 99 at Hwy 4

   February 21, 2015 at 11:20 AM:  A two vehicle collision has been reported at Hwy 99 and the Hwy 4 east connection in Stockton.

   An ambulance and other emergency personnel are en route to the scene. Use caution if heading that way.
