Hazard on Hwy 4 at Milton Road

   February 23, 2015 at 6:30 AM:  A traffic hazard has been reported to CHP at Hwy 4 and Milton Road, below Copperopolis.

   It sounds like possible a person walking in the roadway, but it isn't yet clear. CHP is sending a unit to the area.
