Wrong-way driver reported on Hwy 99

   February 18, 2015 at 6:50 AM:  A wrong-way driver has been reported on Hwy 99 at Kansas Ave. in Modesto, in the fast lane.

   CHP is en route to the area.  Apparently the vehicle is black and jeep-like.  Use extra caution if in that area.
