Chains required on Hwy 4, 88 and 50

   March 2, 2015 at 9:15 AM:  A light snow is still falling in the Sierras, and Caltrans says Hwy 4 has a chains required just above Arnold this morning.

   Chains are required on Hwy 88 at Ham's Station and on Hwy 50 at Twin Bridges.
