Cow blocking roadway in Plymouth

  March 28, 2015 at 9:15 PM:  A cow is reportedly blocking Latrobe Road as 5 or 6 vehicles are stopped waiting for it to move in Plymouth.

   CHP is en route. Use caution if in that area. Moooove!
