Yes, cows do occasionally jump fences

   April 9, 2015 at 2:20 PM:  A cow that was reported out of its pasture on Shenandoah in Fiddletown, jumped over the fence to get back in the pasture.

   A little later it was reported out again. The fence is broken down, according to one caller.  Be extra cautious if headed for that area.
