Bicyclist yelling on Hwy 4

   April 13, 2015 at 1:25 PM:  CHP is responding to a complaint of a male riding a bicycle in the middle of Hwy 4 near Telegraph Road in Copperopolis, yelling at motorists.

     Use extra caution in that area until cleared.
