Fires near Me-Wuk area and Dodge Ridge

     UPDATE:  We have been informed that this was a debris fire that escaped and is only 2 to 3 acres in size at this time.

   There was also a lightning strike on a tree near Dodge Ridge that started a small fire - 1 acre or less.

   We We've had a report from a resident that there is a fire in Funk's Meadow, near Me-Wuk Village in Tuolumne County.

    Glad to hear it. We'll never again not worry about even little fires in tuolumne county.
