Ladder on Hwy 99

   April 6, 2015 at 4 PM:  A ladder has been reported in the #1 lane of Hwy 99 at Cherokee Lane in the Lodi area.

   CHP is at the scene, where a Toyota Prius apparently hit the ladder. Be careful in that area.
