Pickup into guardrail on Hwy 99

   April 22, 2015 at 6:15 AM:  A blue pickup has hit the guardrail at northbound Hwy 99 and Arch Road in Stockton.

   CHP, a tow truck and an ambulance are responding to the scene. Use extra caution if headed in that direction.
