Tiny white Chihuahua on I-5

   April 12, 2015 at 8:50 AM:  A tiny white Chihuahua was just reported on northbound I-5 near Charter Way in Stockton, running across the lanes.

  CHP is en route to the area. Use extra caution if you are headed in that direction.
