Car rollover at I-5 and Charter Way

   May 3, 2015 at 5 PM:  A small car went off the roadway and rolled over down the embankment at I-5 and Charter Way in Stockton.

    CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene.  Use extra caution if in the area.
