Air Force nurse survives Afghanistan to die on freeway

   An Air Force nurse, who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan as a helicopter flight nurse died in a car crash on I-80 two days ago.

   Another person who died in that crash was a math teacher in the Fairfield area.
