Big Rig blocking Hwy 4 at Big Trees Village

   June 25, 2015 at 9:45 AM:  A big rig broke down on Hwy 4 near Big Trees Village Drive in Ebbetts Pass and is blocking the roadway.

   Use extra caution in that area until a heavy duty tow can get it moved.
