Flooding on Jack Tone Road

   June 21, 2015 at 1:40 PM:  Jack Tone Road is reportedly flooding due to what appears to be a broken pipe in a vineyard near Liberty Road, outside Clements.

   Authorities are trying to contact the property owner. Avoid the area if possible.
