Ca runs into ditch in Murphys

   July 12, 2015 at 6:30 AM:  A gold vehicle has reportedly run off Hwy 4 at Pennsylvania Gulch Road in Murphys and into a ditch.

   CHP is en route to the scene. Use extra caution if in that area.
