Car runs off road in Cabbage Patch

  July 4, 2015 at 3:40 PM:  A car has reportedly run off Hwy 4 near Cabbage Patch in Ebbetts Pass.

   CHP is en route to the scene, where it is indicated a person is still inside the car.
